We had a wonderful stay with unbelievable panoramic views of the surrounding landscapes. The staff was very helpful and accommodating, from organizing sunrise volcano trekking to providing discounts at the nearby Batur hot spring. Our breakfast was delicious and served on our room balcony. We also appreciated the proximity to cafes and restaurants, which were only a short walk away. we highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, facilities, location, and friendly staff.
Nothing it was perfect.

Spent an amazing New Year at this hotel, enjoying the stunning view of the surrounding landscape. The hot springs were a particular highlight, providing the perfect place to unwind. The friendly staff made us feel right at home and the location was ideal for exploring nearby attractions.
We found the food at the restaurant to be a letdown, so we decided to try a different eatery down the road which was much better. Additionally, we noticed some mold in the bathroom which was a bit off-putting. Despite these minor drawbacks, we had overall a great stay at this hotel and would definitely consider returning in the future.

This hotel had a great location that provided a stunning view of the surrounding area. the staff was willing to help with any requests and the breakfast was nice and served on the balcony. the rooms were fully functional and the bathroom was huge.
The hotel was showing small signs of wear, which made it less appealing to stay for an extended period of time compared to other hotels in the area.

We spent Christmas at this hotel and we loved the cozy atmosphere and the beautiful scenery around. the breakfast was tasty and it was a nice touch to have it served in our balcony, with a view of the surrounding hills. the location was perfect for exploring the nearby attractions and we enjoyed visiting the temples and trying the local food.
The overall state of the hotel was quite disappointing. the room was in dire need of maintenance, with broken tiles and peeling paint.
